4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing times vary depending on the customization required. Typically, orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped thereafter. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
5. Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product arrives broken or defective. Please refer to our Refund and Exchange Policy for more details.
6. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives broken or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at smile@papayapals.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, currently we ship to Canada and the UK. We plan to add additional International countries in the near future.
