No Refunds or Returns:
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product arrives broken or defective. All sales are final once the purchase is completed.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives broken or defective, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Please follow the steps below to initiate a replacement:
Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any damage or defects, report the issue to us immediately.

Provide Documentation: Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective product and the packaging it arrived in.
Replacement Process: Once we receive your notification and verify the damage or defect, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you at no additional cost. We reserve the right to request the return of the damaged product before processing the replacement.
Limitations:
- This policy applies only to items that arrive broken or defective.
- We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper handling, misuse, or wear and tear after delivery.
- Customization errors made based on incorrect information provided by the customer are not covered under this policy.
